Joy is extremely outgoing. Young at heart (and young in mermaid years, at a mere 125) she lives to play. Joy generally romps around the warm Atlantic waters off of Florida's east coast. She has been known to tease a fisherman or two by showing flips of her golden tail in the deep seas.
